Emergency Life Support First Aid Training is fast becoming a much sought after training session that allows companies to teach their staff the basics of how to save a life with basic and easy to understand techniques. These ELS training sessions cover the primary and secondary assessments and how to place your casualty in to the recovery position. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation or CPR, how to safely deal with a casualty who is choking by using back blows and abdominal thrusts. How to deal with a casualty suffering from shock and how to deal with major and minor bleeds. In addition to the subjects listed, we will also update all delegates on the use of defibrillators during all ELS courses. Whilst this course is not accredited by the Health and Safety Executive it is still a very popular course as it can be completed in three hours and allows for limited disruption to the work force and provides a basic understanding of ELS first aid. However, it is not a substitute for the full first aid at work course that is a requirement under current first aid regulations. For all your first aid training requirements please contact us...
